Hands-on Plants Workshop: Kissing Balls
December 6, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Relax in front of the fireplace in our pavilion with a glass of wine while you get your hands on plants this fall & winter! All workshops end with you taking home your creation and all workshops led by Gardens’ staff or local guest teachers.
Fee: $50 per class

Dec 6 or 7th – Kissing Balls
Throughout history, kissing balls were hung over entryways as a beacon for blessings and good tidings to all who walked underneath it. Kissing balls are making a comeback in holiday traditions because of their natural beauty and good fortune. You will learn how to make a decorated kissing ball using evergreen tips and various other stems. Take home this beautiful feature to decorate your entryway for the holiday season.
These events are all outdoors, please dress for the weather.
Registration for each workshop closes the morning beforehand so we can gather materials, please plan accordingly.
